during my sister's bridal shower, my mom shakes her head in disbelief of all the insane preparation that went into the production from hand-made flowers for the invites to the 500 tiny-ass bows that were tied onton 500 tiny-ass needle pins for the money dance. she then said, "aye nako, you're like a maarte martha stewart...no, you're a MAARTE STEWART!" and hence, i was dubbed the supa pinay domestic diva aka maarte stewart.
